Terms of use

You must be at least 16 years old to use Huddle. By creating an account you confirm your age and that the details on your profile are yours.
Matches are organised by users, not by Huddle. Organisers are responsible for the game they publish; players are responsible for turning up, paying their share and playing safely.
Participation fees are collected per player. Refunds follow the cancellation policy set on each match, shown before you pay.
Huddle may suspend accounts for no-shows, abuse, fake matches, misleading Emergency Games or payment fraud.

We store the profile details you give us, your sports and availability, and your activity on matches, communities and chats.
Public profiles show your name, area, sports, Huddle Score and badges. We never show your precise residential location — only an approximate area and distance.
Payment credentials are never stored on Huddle. Payment processing happens server-side with our payment provider.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings. Match and payment records are retained where required for dispute history.

Show up. If you cannot make it, cancel before the deadline so someone else can take the slot.
Play fair. Rough play, abuse, harassment or discrimination gets you removed from Huddle.
Be honest about your level. Beginners are welcome everywhere — pretending to be advanced ruins games for everyone.
Do not fake urgency. Emergency Games are for genuinely empty slots close to kick-off.
Report anything that feels off. Every profile, match, community and message has a report action.
